Rain in The High Dessert

It's been rainy lately. The High Dessert gets precipitation from late fall to early spring. It is relatively wet here but not as bad as Seattle, I guess. The winter here is not as long as Michigan's either. The winter is almost in full swing in the mountains but if you just stay in town, don't feel like it yet. It is almost the time of the year to commute to the mountains on weekends to nordic ski. Almost, but not quite yet...
